UL10064 is one of the main product of our company, the insulation of UL10064 is Teflon material, like FEP, PFA, ETFE insulation, some companies also call it FEP insulated wire, PFA insulated wire, ETFE insulated wire; By using tinned copper as conductor, which enables it to obtain better electrical conductivity; and by using Teflon insulation material, it’s also a high temperature wire and environment friendly cable. UL10064 is widely using as electronic hook up wire, like LVDS cable, electronic wire harness, automotive primary wire auto electrical wire.

Insulation material is ETFE, with excellent mechanical and electrical properties as well as good chemical resistance.

With such a thin layer of insulation, this hookup wire is suitable for termination to JST 0.8mm pitch IDC type connectors
ETFE, a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoretheylene is a high temperature resin. ETFE offers superior mechanical properties, excellent chemical resistance, a high temperature melting point of 500 F (260C) and a dielectric constant of 2.6 that does not vary with changing frequencies and temperature.
